Student-Led IEPs

Students should be attending their IEPs by middle school and beginning to facilitate their IEP meetings during middle school and into high school. You will find many resources for supporting students in determining the best way to facilitate their IEPs and advocate for their educational needs.

Post-Secondary Transition Plan (PTP)

Transition Plans are mandatory in California for all students who are 16 years and older. They must also be included for students who are 15 years old but will turn 16 before their next annual or triennial IEP.
